From Root of All Evil NRA vs. PETA

Let me start by saying that Lewis Black is one of my favorite comics. I've seen him live and am going to see him again next month. That is why it pains me to say that his ruling was COMPLETELY WRONG last night on "Root of All Evil"! Paul F. Tompkins argued masterfully in his prosecution of PETA and CLEARLY proved that PETA, not the NRA, was and is the root of all evil. His "ripple of evil" parody of "Planet of the Apes" was brilliant! It was close and the audience clearly felt that PETA was definitely more evil than the NRA. But in the end, Mr. Black overruled the majority and proclaimed the NRA to be the root of all evil. Needless to say, I was disappointed. It was still a great show and I am still going to see Lewis. Maybe I'll get a chance to argue my side and bring him around.
